Unlike most home care companies, we are able to provide services throughout the complete continuum of home health care including companion care, personal care, skilled nursing, therapeutic and counseling services. Our comprehensive case management approach is unique allowing for the coordination of care with families, physicians and other providers. To ensure continuing assessment and oversight every case is supervised by a Registered Nurse who will complete the initial start of care and follow up with periodic home visits.
My philosophy, as the owner of CareMinders Home Care, is to be both the employer and provider of choice. That means treating employees with the respect they deserve, providing them the training they need and rewarding them for exceeding a client’s expectations.
